Safety and Transportation Knowledge Online supports all highway safety professionals in need of timely, accurate, complete, and uniform safety information, as well as documents, policies, and manuals related to transportation, highway safety data, and incident response. The STKO portal is also a primary component of the Traffic Records Coordinating Committee (TRCC) knowledge management strategy through the administration of TRCC projects, documents, and as a repository for data training materials and programs, data collection policies and procedures, and access to basic business intelligence reports and statistics. STKO will handle data requests from other public agencies along with requests from private entities. STKO users will be able to interact, share information, review workshops, and schedule and sign up for events related to law enforcement, EMS, and transportation safety.
