The MHSO Action Measure Tools monitor four categories of priority health-risks among all kinds of roadway users. These include:
- behaviors that contribute to increased crash risks on roadways;
- knowledge about Maryland’s driving laws;
- attitudes related to driving laws and behaviors; and
- awareness of Maryland’s media efforts in combating risks associated with varying kinds of driving behaviors.
Surveys are distributed through random convenience sampling which is a direct, valid, and useful way to understand our specific interest in traffic safety. Surveys can be completed either by pen-and-paper (simply download and print) from the file attached to this website and return by mailing to the National Study Center for Trauma and EMS or by clicking the link below and entering your responses directly through an online accredited survey tool called Survey Monkey.
As a roadway user, you have valuable knowledge and relevant experience. Your feedback will help us!
